Don’t see your department?
The split into departments is a convention — the same module sits in administration at one client, in HR at another, and is run by the production manager at a third. That is why the catalogue can also be filtered by industry and by area, not only by department.
Quality control does not appear here as a separate department, because we do not have separate modules for it. Quality reports and complaints run through the complaint handling module, and standards and measures through process standardisation.
