Industries — process applications for manufacturing, retail and services
Process modules for manufacturing, trade and services
Every industry has its own bottlenecks: different documents, different pace, different risks. That is why the module catalogue looks different for a production floor than for a warehouse or an office.
Four industries with processes we have already described
We do not build a separate edition of the system for every industry. We build modules, each describing one process from input to output — and the industry decides which process we take first.
Below are the four industries with ready modules and documented rollouts. If yours is not among them, it does not mean we do not work with companies like it. It means the first process will come out of a conversation about where the time goes, not out of a business classification code.

What each section contains
The same for every industry: what usually breaks, the four modules companies start with, and the rollouts you can read in full.
Manufacturing
The plan lives in a spreadsheet, progress is reported on paper, cost is known a month later.
Services
Hours entered from memory, project margin visible only at invoicing.
Logistics and transport
Requisitions by email, stock in a separate system, shortages visible too late.
Trade and e-commerce
Offers copied from the previous one, customer history in a private mailbox.
Manufacturing
The schedule is built in Excel and corrected daily, because the availability of people, machines and material has to be checked in three separate places. Progress on an order is known only after the shift ends.

What usually breaks
- One person builds the schedule in a spreadsheet, and every change of priority means rebuilding it from scratch.
- Progress reports come off the floor on paper and reach the system the next day — or at the end of the week.
- The cost of production is known after the month is closed, so the next quote is based on the previous one.
Where companies start
Production Scheduling
Is your production plan just a wish list that collapses at the first delay? The Planning module turns orders and workloads into a realistic schedule with concrete start and end times for each operation. AI algorithms analyse available capacity and forecast data to automatically optimise task allocation and prevent crew overload.
Production Reporting (MES Terminal)
Wasting time retyping paper job cards and counting scrap by hand? The MES Terminal module lets operators quickly report time, good parts and rejects directly at the workstation. AI algorithms analyse collected data, recommending optimal batch sizes and monitoring machine health based on reported cycles.
Execution Progress Monitoring
You waste time finding out what’s really happening on the shop floor and whether orders are running to plan? The Execution Progress module continuously compares production reports with the planned schedule, giving you a full real-time picture. Artificial intelligence algorithms analyse department workloads and predict the risk of delays at each stage.
Manufacturing Cost Calculation
Are you guessing production costs instead of basing your price list on hard data? The Technology module links BOM structures, routings and time standards to deliver an accurate technical cost for every product. Artificial intelligence mass-generates routings for many products at once, saving hours of manual engineering work.
Services
The work is billed by the hour, but the timesheet is written from memory at the end of the week. The margin on a project surfaces at invoicing, when nothing can be corrected any more.

What usually breaks
- The project manager knows the status; the client hears about the delay at the status meeting.
- Time is logged in one batch after the week, so the settlement rests on an estimate.
- Budget and margin are calculated in a spreadsheet once the project is over, not while it runs.
Where companies start
Project Management
The team is getting lost in a tangle of tasks and you’re losing control of implementation timelines? The Projects module lets you manage all work end-to-end using Kanban boards and Gantt charts, giving the whole team one consistent view of progress. Built-in AI algorithms automatically generate status summaries and help refine the details of individual tasks.
Project Budget and Margin Control
Losing control over costs and time during project delivery? The Projects module continuously compares your planned budget with actual expenses and logged hours, giving you a full margin picture. Built‑in AI Reports automatically analyse entered data and forecast the final financial outcome.
Project Time Tracking
Losing control of implementation profitability and your team’s time? The Projects module enables precise logging of hours against tasks and ongoing budget monitoring. Built-in AI algorithms automatically optimize resource allocation and generate weekly work summaries.
Service Team and Calendar Planning
Spending too much time manually building schedules and fighting overlapping service trips? The Service module lets you plan a collision-free order calendar, manage field visits, and continuously monitor technician workload. Artificial intelligence analyses execution times and availability to help you build optimal, waste-free schedules.
Logistics and transport
A requisition arrives by email, the purchase order is written in a spreadsheet, and stock levels are checked in a different system. The shortage surfaces on the day the material was due on the line.

What usually breaks
- Requisitions circulate by email, so nobody knows which have already been ordered and which are still waiting.
- Stock on hand and goods in transit sit in two different places, and nothing reconciles them as they change.
- A transport order is placed over the phone and leaves no record to return to when a claim comes in.
Where companies start
Purchase Requisition
Does production sometimes stop because materials for a project suddenly run out? The Purchasing module lets production or the warehouse raise material requisitions fast and organizes them into a clear queue for buyers. AI algorithms continuously analyze order statuses and assortment shortages to help keep your processes running smoothly.
Purchase Order
Losing control over delivery dates and material shortages on the shop floor? The Purchasing module lets you manage purchase orders, supplier master data and project demand in one place. Artificial intelligence analyses stock levels and automatically suggests the best time to place an order with a selected supplier.
Demand vs Inventory Balancing
Missing materials at a critical production moment while the warehouse is overflowing with unnecessary stock? The Warehouse module matches the production plan with current inventory and BOM recipes, generating an accurate shortage list for purchasing. Built-in AI algorithms automatically calculate minimum stock levels based on historical movements and demand.
Transport Order
Wasting time manually matching carriers and tracking departure dates? The Transport module lets you comprehensively manage transport orders, fleet and request exchange in one place. AI analyses transport costs and supports choosing the most profitable carrier proposals.
Trade and e-commerce
The enquiry arrives by email, the offer is built in Excel from the previous one, and the history of the conversation stays in the salesperson’s inbox. When they are away, the customer starts over.

What usually breaks
- Offers are produced by copying the last one, so prices and terms drift apart between salespeople.
- Contact history sits in a private mailbox rather than against the customer it belongs to.
- Quoting a non-standard product needs an answer from engineering and waits several days for it.
Where companies start
Offer Preparation and Sending
Spending hours manually copying data from cost estimates into offer documents? The Sales module lets you manage estimates end-to-end, create interactive offers and generate contracts in one place. Artificial intelligence automatically drafts copy, selects visuals and checks the consistency of the entire package before you send it to the customer.
Quotation Preparation
Losing track in a maze of RFQs and manual cost calculations? The Sales module lets you smoothly turn the agreed scope from a conversation into a ready-to-send quotation with line items, prices and margin. The built-in AI assistant automatically generates marketing personas and helps complete B2B data, speeding up your quoting process.
Sales Opportunity Management
Losing track of where your sales opportunities are in the pipeline and which ones will actually generate profit? The Sales module lets you manage the entire funnel in a Kanban view, from the first inquiry through to a win, bringing tasks and meetings together in one place. Built‑in AI recommends the next steps in the process and automatically prepares the business context before your customer meeting.
Product configurator
Spending hours manually calculating prices and preparing quotes for complex products? The Configurator module lets you instantly build a variant from available sections and parameters, automatically generating pricing and a ready‑to‑use specification. Artificial intelligence analyses historical configurations and suggests optimal bundles and margins for selected markets.
Don’t see your industry?
We also work with companies in finance, the public sector, education, healthcare and with non-profit organisations. They do not get their own sections here, because they do not get their own modules — they run the same administrative, project and sales processes as the rest of the catalogue.
Rather than describing an industry package that does not exist, we suggest starting from a process. The catalogue can be filtered by department, and the diagnosis points to where a specific company loses the most time and money.
