Not the other way round. We do not assemble this from a platform's building blocks — we write code, and AI gives us the pace. So changing the flow, the screens or the rules never runs into what a vendor happened to anticipate.
The system grows with the process, not ahead of it
We do not build on a low-code platform. The applications are written in code — React on the interface, Python in the logic, PostgreSQL for the data — with AI speeding up the writing itself. That has a practical consequence: we do not have to guess the final shape of the system up front. We launch the simplest version that holds up in real work and add to it piece by piece — where people actually stumble, rather than where someone predicted it in a workshop.
We start small
The first version covers one process and goes into daily use. Only working with a live system shows what is genuinely missing.
One change at a time
Further features are added in steps, on foundations that already work. There is no “let us rewrite everything” stage, because there is nothing to rewrite.
No dead ends
If a direction turns out to be wrong, we undo one step, not a quarter of work. That is what a mistake costs when the changes are small.

Large implementations can drift away from reality before they finish. We prefer short cycles: one change, a check in real work, then the next. That way, after a year the system matches how the company works today, not what was agreed in the first meeting.
