Process applications for manufacturing

We digitalize production floors: from quality control and production planning, through OEE tracking, to full real-time management reporting. The end of paper checklists and Excel.

What does manufacturing face in Poland today?

  • Paper quality control checklists that get lost or are filled in "at the end of the shift"
  • No visibility into order status — management learns about delays too late
  • Manual OEE reporting in Excel, without breakdown by machine, shift and operator
  • Complaints and gaps in processes — no single place to record incidents
  • Production planning data scattered across ERP, Excel and the heads of shift leaders

What do you gain from manufacturing digitalization?

Real-time quality control

Operators fill in checklists on tablets. Every alert reaches the shift leader and quality department instantly.

OEE down to the machine and shift

Automatic calculation of OEE, availability, performance and quality. Bottleneck identification backed by data.

Production planning without Excel

Visual schedules with drag & drop, automatically accounting for raw material and operator availability.

Full traceability

Every batch, pallet, operator — complete history from raw material to shipment. Essential for ISO and audits.

Processes we most often digitalize in manufacturing

Quality control and SPC

Digital checklists, statistical process control, deviation alerts, inspection reports.

Production planning and scheduling

Visual planners, automatic machine load balancing, ERP integration.

OEE and KPI reporting

Real-time indicators, dashboards for shift leaders and management.

Complaint management and 8D

Non-conformity logging, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, effectiveness monitoring.

Maintenance (CMMS)

Inspection schedules, fault reports, repair history, spare parts inventory.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions — manufacturing

Everything worth knowing before starting digitalization in your industry.

An MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is a heavy, expensive solution covering the entire plant. A process application is lighter and targets one specific process (e.g. quality control, OEE, planning). It can be implemented in weeks instead of months, at a fraction of the cost of an MES. When needed, the applications can also be integrated with an existing MES or ERP.
Yes — provided the application is genuinely fast and simple. We design interfaces keeping in mind that the operator wears work gloves, sometimes wet ones. Large buttons, a minimal number of clicks, offline operation on the floor. In our implementations, adoption usually exceeds 90% within the first weeks.
Yes. Critical applications (quality control, inspection reports) have an offline mode — data is saved locally on the tablet and synchronizes automatically once the connection is restored. The operator never loses data, even during a network failure.
The first application (e.g. digital quality control on a single line) is usually live in 4–8 weeks. A full plant control system with OEE, planning and traceability — 4–9 months, but rolled out in stages: each iteration delivers concrete results after a few weeks.
Yes. We integrate with all popular ERP systems via API, webhooks or direct database connections. Process applications do not replace your ERP — they complement it where the ERP is inconvenient for operational staff.
