Process applications for logistics and warehousing

We digitalize warehouses, picking, transport and returns. Lightweight WMS solutions, transport planners, mobile applications for drivers and warehouse staff — without heavy implementations.

Starting point

What hurts most in logistics?

A warehouse worker with a tablet beside racking loaded with pallets and boxes
  • Picking errors — the wrong goods are shipped, the customer returns them, costs rise
  • No real stock levels (book value ≠ physical value)
  • Manual transport route planning in Excel or on paper
  • Returns and complaints handled by email — easy to miss something
  • No data for optimization: where are we losing time and money
What changes

Benefits of logistics digitalization

Faster and more precise picking

The warehouse worker receives a picking list on a scanner or phone. Every location and barcode is confirmed by a scan.

Real-time stock levels

Every receipt, issue and transfer updates the stock instantly. The end of monthly stocktakes.

Route and vehicle load optimization

A visual transport planner — automatic route calculation, order consolidation, minimizing empty runs.

Returns under control

The customer reports a return via a form, the system generates a label, the warehouse receives it, the complaints department decides — all in a single tool.

The order

Logistics processes we digitalize most often

  1. Goods receipt and labeling

Goods receipt note with barcode, warehouse location, inbound quality control.

  2. Order picking

Optimal sequence, scan verification, packing list with documents.

  3. Transport planning

Drag & drop routes, order consolidation, real-time execution control.

  4. Returns and RMA management

Return workflow from the customer’s request to a decision on complaint or resale.

  5. Continuous stocktaking

Cyclical stocktakes of warehouse sections — without stopping operations.

Modules we roll out in logistics and warehousing

Each module describes one process from input to output — with screens, the flow and the roles that work on it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions — logistics and warehousing

Everything worth knowing before starting digitalization in your industry.

It depends on scale. For smaller warehouses (up to 5,000 SKUs) a lightweight process application is fully sufficient and replaces the WMS. For larger operations it complements an existing WMS with processes the WMS does not handle well (e.g. returns, quality control, management reporting).
We design the applications so that training takes 15–30 minutes per person. The interface has large buttons and works on any smartphone with a barcode scanner. Warehouse staff usually adapt within the first week and do not want to go back to paper.
Yes. We integrate with major couriers (DPD, InPost, DHL, GLS, FedEx, UPS) as standard: label generation, shipment tracking, automatic status updates for the customer.
Yes — in fact, ideally. Smaller warehouses usually do not have the budget for a classic WMS, yet lose hours every day on manual work. A lightweight process application solves this problem at a fraction of the cost of a WMS.
